Creating the network in Pub+ Sudo
Go to Sudo (Networks tab).
Click on the + icon.
Enter the wanted network name.
Enter the wanted network code.
Network code must be entered in upper case letters.
An already existing network code cannot be chosen (the code validates it).
Choose the wanted customer type (Internal/Partners).
Choose the policy review rate (default is 100%).
Select 'Business Manager Token':
Our ad accounts - choose by the Business Manager.
Their ad accounts - choose 'Manual Connection'.
Fill in policy email (of the network owner) and his account manager
Add Customer name and email
Creating the sites in Pub+ Sudo
Go to Sudo (Sites tab).
Click on the + icon.
In the 'Name' & 'Code' fields, enter the Site Code (In upper cases).
For example: For the site 'Drivepedia' use the site code: 'DR'.
Enter the wanted domain.
The site code and site domain must relate to the same parent site.
Choose the network you want the site to belong to.
Check ‘Show API data (for overview report)' and 'Is HTTPS’
Press 'Save' (the site name should changed to this format - {parent_site_name}({network_code}).
Switch to users and click on the user that needs access.
Under 'sites' choose the network and add the new site.
Repeat this action for each site/user you would like.
Creating users in Pub+ Sudo
Go to Sudo (Users tab).
Click on the + icon.
Enter the user's First Name.
Enter the user's Last Name.
Enter the user's Email.
Press 'Save'.
The process will fail if the email address already exists for another user.
Move to the 'Roles' tab and assign roles for the user.

Choose the relevant Network and Role and click 'Add'.
Move to the 'Sites' tab.
On the 'Choose Network' field, choose the network you've just added.
On the 'Search a site' field, choose 'All'.

Creating the network in Pub+ Sudo
Go to Sudo.
Click on the + icon.
Enter the wanted network name.
Enter the wanted network code.
Network code must be entered in upper case letters.
An already existing network code cannot be chosen (the code validates it).
Choose the wanted customer type (Internal/Partners).
Under customer type the ‘Costumers’ option is not supported (the code validates it).
Check the ‘Add network code to campaigns tracking code (during campaign creation)’ button.

Go to Sudo.
Click on the + icon.
In the 'Name' & 'Code' fields, enter the site code (In upper cases).
The site code and site domain must relate to the same parent site.
Enter the wanted domain.

Choose the network you want the site to belong to.
Check ‘Show API data (for overview report)' and 'Is HTTPS’
Press 'Save' (the site name should changed to this format - {parent_site_name}({network_code}).

Make sure that the partner shared access to the Pixel & Custom Conversions with the Ad Accounts

Enter the user's First Name.
Enter the user's Last Name.
Enter the user's Email.
Press 'Save'.
The process will fail if the email address already exists for another user.
Move to the 'Roles' tab and assign roles for the user.

Move to the 'Sites' tab.
On the 'Choose Network' field, choose the network you've just added.
On the 'Search a site' field, choose 'All'.

RSoC Network will need less sites and less ad accounts.
Follow the same steps above to open a new network + sites (steps 1,2).
For step 3 - Creating the Ad Accounts on Facebook.
Create 1 ad account for the beginning.
After the ad account created, don't connect the Content pixel and custom conversions.
Under 'Data Sources' --> 'Datasets', you will find PubPlus Intent and PubPlus Total Value pixels. Add the new ad account as assets to both.
Under 'Custom Conversions' assign the new ad account as asset to Custom Purchase.
You can skip steps 4 and 5, continue to step 6 - Creating users in Pub+ Sudo.
The only change is the 'Role' we assign the user - should start with 'rsoc'.
After finishing those steps the Network owner will perform the following steps to finish the initial preparation:
And That's it, the new network is all set to start creating campaigns!
